Where are you based?
All Yichi orders are shipped from the Netherlands, EU!
Return policy?
Sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. All products are individually inspected for any defects. If there are any defects/issues with the product upon arrival, please e-mail me with your order number and photos of the product in question, and I will do my very best to make things right for you.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately I am unable to modify orders that already have been placed. If necessary please contact us within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. I may be able to cancel your order and refund you so you can place a new order.

Is there track and trace available?
"Standard" shipping for stickers is NOT trackable. Stickers are sent in a small envelope with post stamps to keep the cost as low as possible. If you do want track and trace for your order please choose "Track and trace"
How long does shipping take?
Generally I ship out the package in 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping times depend on the country, as well as each country’s customs inspection and postal delivery practices. In some countries you can expect up to 3 weeks delivery time, due to customs clearance.
- Netherlands 1-3 business days
- Europe 3-21 business days
- Outside Europe 10-45 business days
Please note that these shipping times are excluding the processing time. For the total delivery time, please consider both the time it takes to get your order ready and the shipping time relevant to your country.
